Electric Open Winch Trolley

Overview:

Electric open winch trolley is an important lifting and handling equipment in industry and manufacturing. Features:

1. Lifting motor:  
The hoist motor is a variable frequency, heavy duty motor with a 60% ED rating. This rating ensures that the motor can handle the high loads and long operating requirements common in industrial applications.  

2. Lifting gearbox:  
CrNiMo alloy is used to quench the gears, and the hardness reaches a high level of HRC60, giving the gears excellent wear resistance and strength.  

3. Lifting brake:  
Dual brake types are provided, and internal electromagnetic brakes are used to provide reliable braking force to ensure safety and stability during the lifting process.  

4. Scroll:  

In order to ensure reliable guidance of the wire rope and prevent deflection, the reel is equipped with a reliable rope guide and anti deflection device, and uses high strength galvanized steel wire rope with 2160N which can withstand greater pulling force and weight load, and has better Wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
