Coil Tong Lifter

Overview:

The clamp clamps both ends of the rolled goods, and then uses a crane or other lifting equipment to hang and carry them. It usually includes two clamping devices, each with adjustable clamping force to accommodate roll goods of different weights and diameters. Some high-end clamps are also equipped with automatic adjustment functions, which can intelligently adjust according to the weight and diameter of the goods, improving the convenience and accuracy of operation.

4. Ratchet system of the opening and closing mechanism: Equipped with a ratchet system, when there is no arm opening command, the opening arm can be locked to prevent the roll lifter from accidentally opening the arm.

5. Rotating mechanism (optional): It can rotate and stop according to any preset angle, improving the flexibility and efficiency of operation.

6. Automatic hook mechanism (optional): The coil lift can be automatically hung on the hook to achieve safe and convenient hanging work.
