QC Type Electromagnet Crane

Overview:

Electromagnetic crane is a common type of crane that uses electromagnetic principles to achieve the functions of lifting and carrying heavy objects. Electromagnetic cranes are usually used in factories, warehouses, ports and other places to transport heavy items, such as steel, iron blocks, etc. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation and high lifting efficiency, so it has been widely used in industrial production.

Features:

1. Welding: For important welds, tensile welds whose stress exceeds 70% of the residual stress are inspected for flaw detection, and 5% of the weld length is taken out through ultrasonic flaw detection.

2. Magnetic chuck: Lifting magnet MW5 series is used for lifting scrap steel. Suitable for transporting ingots and various scrap steel. It has huge magnetic force and can attract a large amount of scrap steel at one time.

3. Electrical system: Using the famous brand ABB frequency converter, all mechanisms are controlled by PLC.

4. Control panel: Cab with joystick panel, wireless control panel or pendant control panel.

5. Painting: All steel materials are sandblasted before painting. The painting has 3 layers. The bottom layer is galvanized to prevent rust. Top surface color should be even.
